About Unbearable Design
Launched in 2017, Unbearable Design Ltd is a British, multi-disciplined furniture design and manufacturing company, based in Weymouth, Dorset.
As lead designer at Unbearable Design, my BA(hons) degree and thirteen years experience as a design lecturer, brings expertise and experience to all we design. Each product must evoke the senses, from the smell of the natural wood, to the supple and tactile feel of the final product, all whilst functioning to the highest standard.
All our products are hand made, just for you and as such, all can be fully customised to suit any specific needs or requirements. We also undertake custom commissions for all types of products, such as furniture, homeware and promotional gifts.
We invest in the full life cycle of our products, from using locally sourced materials and suppliers, to ensuring our designs are solid, built to last and will grow in character with age. All our products are designed to be easily maintained and repaired (accidents do happen!) and will leave a minimal footprint on the environment.
